At the risk of seeming super boring, I have only worked in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) - for some perspective, In India the CSR Law was enacted in 2013, and I started working in 2014. Having a social science and public policy degree, I used to think that CSR was tedious and superficial. However, I worked with diverse and prestigious institutions, including TISS Mumbai, Merck, Goodera, and developed the skills in monitoring & evaluation frameworks, facilitating funding partnerships, social Impact research, stakeholders interactions - donors, partners, and "beneficiaries" and released the potential of my work. Since then, I have worked on multiple projects and now with my team I am keen on engaging in future projects with clear outcomes.

I am a researcher, educator, and policy advocate passionate about using innovative social science and policy practices to benefit society. With a background in community work and teaching at institutions like the University of Adelaide and TISS Mumbai, I have developed expertise in global politics, policy analysis, and organizational development for social enterprises. I have worked across academia, the non-profit sector, and development initiatives, focusing on creating synergies between government, corporate, and community organizations. Now, with Samagrith, I aim to channel these experiences into impactful collaborations for societal and planetary wellbeing.
